How long does a project usually take?Once the contract is signed, your listing will be complete in 5 weeks. The first 4 weeks we are gathering data, researching, and designing your house and at week 4 we will fly to your destination to complete the property.

Do you help determine the optimal guest count?Yes! We advise you based on comps and market research.

Do you market our listing on your social media?Yes! We post throughout the week while we're installing, we post 3-5 Instagram reels and Tiktok. We're happy to tag your Airbnb IG if you have one, but if not we put the Airbnb link in my bio for 2 months. We also share the link on IG stories 2-5 times.

When is the best time to contact you?Feel free to contact us at any time to get an idea of the cost and process. Once you are closing on your property you should reach out so we can get your listing live as soon as possible!

How do you know what amenities are best for my property?We will do market research as well as look at your direct comps to ensure your listing has all that's needed.

How much should I budget for furniture?If you count all the spaces in your home (bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, outdoor, dining, living room, game room), multiply that number by $3,500 and that should average how much to budget. So ten spaces would be $35,000.

When will furniture arrive?We try to have all items at the property by week three so that it can be built week four.

Do you also do murals?Yes! We design and install all the murals which saves you money from having to hire out a muralist! We typically do 1-2 custom murals for each house.

Does your price cover your travel expenses?Yes, we pay for our flights and other travel expenses.

What costs am I responsible beyond your service fee?In addition to our service fee, you are responsible for the furniture cost and contractors such as painters, wallpaper installers, photographer, etc.

What contractors do you work with?We work with painters, wallpaper installers, muralists, electricians, movers, furniture builders, wall mounters, string light installers, junk removal, and photographers. We will find and manage all of these contractors for your project.

How long do you stay at the property?4 weeks after you signed the contract we will arrive at the property. We typically stay between 5-7 days at the property.

How long will you be at the property?We will be on-site for one week to manage the furniture installation, decorate and stage, and direct the photoshoot. Before the setup week, we place and track all of the orders, and work with contractors who can complete their work prior to us arriving (painter, muralist, wallpaper installer).
